Terms of Service

These Terms set out the agreement between VPNAK and users of its cross-border network acceleration service. In this document, "the Service" means the cross-border network acceleration service provided by VPNAK, and it applies to all users who access the Service through the vpnak.com language sites and client apps. Starting to use the Service means you have read and accepted these Terms; if you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the Service.

Service Scope and Coverage

VPNAK provides a cross-border network acceleration service. Through access routes in many countries and regions around the world, it helps users reach international websites and overseas services. Coverage currently spans 110+ countries and 160+ routes, and client apps support five platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Traffic is protected with bank-grade encryption, and the Service does not log what users browse or which destinations they access. Full details on data handling are in the Privacy Policy.

Billing follows what the plans page shows: monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB, with data resetting each month on the activation date; data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB, valid until used up and never expiring. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Available regions change as routes are adjusted, so the current route list in the client app is authoritative.

Account and Subscription Rules

Creating an account for the Service requires no email address — a username and password are enough. You are responsible for keeping your account details safe: a subscription link works as an account credential, so do not share it with others; once it is public, anyone may be able to use it.

There is no limit on how many devices one account can use online at the same time, but a subscription may only be used by the account holder. The following are expressly prohibited: reselling, renting out, or lending an account or subscription; posting or bulk-distributing subscription links in public channels; and using automated scripts to mass-create accounts, farm traffic, or probe routes.

The account holder bears any losses caused by poor account security or a leaked subscription link. If unusual activity is detected, the Service may restrict the account and require a password change.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and where they use the Service, and they are responsible for their own conduct. The Service is intended only for ordinary cross-border access and network acceleration needs, and the following uses are prohibited:

  • any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations;
  • interfering with, intruding into, or damaging another party's networks or information systems;
  • sending spam, committing fraud, or infringing on the lawful rights of others;
  • bulk-crawling, scanning, or attacking third-party services, or occupying route capacity for extended periods in a way that affects other users;
  • reselling, acting as an agent for, or otherwise providing the Service to third parties for profit.

The Service provides network access over the route the user selects and makes no promise or endorsement regarding any particular use. Users bear the consequences of any misuse; where a violation is confirmed, the Service may suspend or terminate the account involved.

Service Availability and Liability Limits

The Service makes reasonable efforts to keep routes stable, but it is provided "as is" and no guarantee is made that it will never be interrupted, at any time or on any network. Changes in local networks and carrier policies, route maintenance and adjustments, restrictions imposed by third-party websites or apps, and force majeure can all cause connection quality to fluctuate or brief outages.

Connection problems caused by incorrect device configuration, use of unofficial clients, or self-modified settings are outside the scope of service support; you can submit them for troubleshooting through the ticket entry in the user panel. The Service is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites and apps, nor is it liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Account Termination

Users may stop using the Service at any time. The Service may suspend or terminate an account in the following situations: breach of these Terms, especially reselling, account sharing, and misuse; obtaining the Service fraudulently or filing a chargeback; abusing route capacity in a way that affects other users; and requirements of laws, regulations, or regulators.

Once an account is terminated, the associated subscription and any unused data can no longer be used. If you disagree with the outcome, you can file an appeal through the ticket entry in the user panel, and the Service will reply after reviewing the usage records.

Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance

These Terms may be updated as the Service, payment methods, or legal requirements change. The updated version is published on this page, with the update month shown at the top; material changes affecting user rights will be flagged in the site announcements. Continuing to use the Service after a change is published means you accept the updated Terms.

Refund conditions, time limits, and the application process are set out separately in the Refund Policy, which states that a full refund may be requested without reason within 7 days of the first payment. Questions about subscriptions, orders, or accounts can be submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel, and support staff handle them in the order received.
