Operating principles
Routes are tiered by purpose: Singapore · IEPL dedicated, Hong Kong · relay, Japan · direct, United States · relay, Germany · direct. Dedicated lines prioritise stability during peak evening hours, relays extend coverage to more regions, and the client lists routes by availability rather than padding out the node count. If you run into a problem, check the Guides and Help Center first; if that doesn't solve it, open a ticket from the user panel. Paid orders can be refunded within 7 days, no questions asked.

Privacy stance
This service follows a no-logs policy: browsing content, destination sites and DNS query records are not recorded; only the minimum information required to operate — account, plan status and traffic counters — is kept. All traffic is protected with bank-grade encryption. A subscription link is equivalent to the account itself, so do not share it with others. Sign-up requires only a username and password, with no email address; payments are made via Alipay / WeChat / USDT, and payment receipts are never stored by this service.
